1 General Provisions

pkl ucl operates an online gaming and sports betting platform for Bangladeshi users. Accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any of its services means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated here.

4 Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — you must place ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

6.2 Other Promotions

pkl ucl regularly offers various promotions — such as weekly reload bonuses, sports boosts, and birthday gifts. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are detailed on the promotions page.

6.3 Bonus Term Violations

pkl ucl may determine that a user is attempting to win money without properly fulfilling bonus terms. In such cases, pkl ucl reserves the right to cancel the bonus and withhold any winnings derived from it.

7 Betting and Game Rules

Each game and sports betting section on the platform has its own detailed rules, which are published in the relevant section. General rules are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, unless pkl ucl decides otherwise under specific circumstances.
• If a technical error occurs in a game or event, pkl ucl may cancel the relevant round or bet and the user's original stake will be refunded.
• In sports betting, results are determined based on the announcement by the relevant authority.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decisions and the game engine's output are considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkl ucl:

• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Playing using bots, scripts, or any other automated software.
• Accessing another person's account or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity to exploit bonuses.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Helping or encouraging minors to use this platform.
• Defrauding other users or taking any action that damages the reputation of the platform.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in pkl ucl immediately closing the account and forfeiting all associated balances. Legal action may also be taken in serious cases.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account, they may submit a request via pkl ucl's 24/7 live chat or email support. All pending bets must be settled and any withdrawable balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by pkl ucl

pkl ucl may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• An order from a court or government authority.

10 Limitation of Liability

pkl ucl services are provided on an "as is" basis. pkl ucl is not obligated to pay financial compensation for temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues or third parties. However, if a user suffers a direct loss due to a technical fault, each such incident will be reviewed individually.

pkl ucl is not responsible for any issues arising from a user's internet disconnection, device problems, or local software.

11 Privacy

12 Changes to Terms

13 Applicable Law

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
